In the wake of Hurricane Helene, Asheville’s health and wellness community is coming together to support those affected. Many local health professionals are offering discounted or donated services to help residents cope with stress, physical discomfort, and emotional challenges.


Jewels Bodywork helps you to optimize your performance and enhance overall well-being by offering different soft tissue therapy services. These services include sport style massage + bodywork, deep relaxation massage, corrective exercise, instrument assisted soft tissue manipulation (IASTM) and cupping. Sliding scale rate starting at $0.

    Asheville Community Yoga provides classes for all levels of practitioners including gentle, gentle flow, vinyasa flow, yin, restorative, nidra, prenatal, yoga for seniors, meditation, Qigong and so much more! All their classes are offered for a suggested donation of $10-$20 per class and are free for those who cannot afford to pay.
